The winners of the 2011 Jack Petchey Outstanding Achievement Awards were announced at a special ceremony this afternoon, held at the Hilton London Stansted. The Jack Petchey Outstanding Achievement Award was established in 2009 to celebrate the achievements of individuals within the Panathlon Challenge in London and Essex.
